1. Costs:

• Individual player $150; Foursome $600.  Includes dinner.
• Dinner ticket (no golf) $25
• Top Dawg Sponsorship $1000.  Includes primary signage, 4 golfers and 4 dinner guests.
• Banner Sponsor - $500.  Includes dinner for 2 and logo on banner (no golf).
• Hole Sponsor - $150.  

2. We will have LIVE MUSIC and Auction

3.  Profits from golf slots go to the team.  Sponsor profits get split between your team and your own individual account.  So, a $1000 Top Dawg sponsorship ($400 profit) gets split between that players team and the individual player account ($200-$200).  

4.  WE WILL SELL OUT.  We have 5 teams participating this year.  

5.  We are 501c3.  

With all of this in mind . . . here is your TO DO list.
1.  Send me your confirmation on golf.  How many players you are signing up for and their names please.  
2.  Golf Fees are due NO LATER then APRIL 22.  Again, we will sell out.
3.  Go get sponsors!!!!  Artwork is due no later then APRIL 22.  Let sponsors know that we need high resolution logo files for printing.
4.  Get auction items.
